All products are subject to availability. Once an order is placed you will receive an email confirmation containing the details of your order.

Orders are shipped within 2-3 working days and the customer will receive them within 5- 10 days from ordering.

The shipping time for customized orders and out-of-stock products would however be longer and we would keep you posted about the approximate delivery date post-ordering as well. These delivery times are subject to location, distance, and our logistics partners. 

We offer free shipping on all products when paid for online by credit card or debit card etc. Once shipped please allow 5-7 working days from dispatch for your goods to reach the destination.

All items are quality-controlled and checked for any faults before they are shipped to customers. Unevenness in color and/or texture of print is not a fault but a beautiful characteristic of the materials. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition/damaged please contact us within 24 hours of delivery of the order and we would be happy to provide an exchange.

Please note that we don’t have a return policy and we do not accept returns as each piece is made to order but we have a 14-day exchange policy.
We reserve the right to refuse exchanges that are shipped after the 14-day grace period expires or items are not in the same condition as you received them in.

All products should be returned with the tags intact and in their original packaging, in an original and undamaged condition as NIVANI holds the right to not accept returns in case the product appears to be used or damaged.

Once the merchandise has been checked, you will receive an email confirming that your return has been accepted. The cost of sending the return courier has to be borne by the customer. The refund amount will not include shipping charges.
