There was a significant void within the bags industry—namely, its overwhelming dominance by leather products, with only limited availability of sustainable alternatives. When we typically think of jute, it's often associated with home decor items; however, jute boasts remarkable durability far beyond that. Its inherent natural color, sustainability, and durability position it as one of the finest and most eco-conscious choices for crafting slow and lasting fashion pieces.
This led to the inception of Nivani, a brand specializing in jute-based accessories, consciously produced in India with an unwavering commitment to sustainability and minimalism at its core which is visible in our designs.
